My daughter's pillows were fluffy, and the comforter felt soft. Parking was free, which was nice. But we were really disappointed by the appearance compared to pics online. The self-service breakfast ran out of items quickly, and we needed more soap and shampoo for our 4-night stay. Just a bad experience overall.
